Notice of Meeting

Dear Society Members;

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Members, Staff & Volunteers, we wish to thank you for your continuing support of the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre Society, especially during these challenging past two years.

The Society will hold its 2022 Annual General Meeting by Zoom
videoconference at 7:00pm, Monday, June 13, 2022.

All Members were notified directly on May 25, 2022.

MEMBERS MUST PRE-REGISTER TO ATTEND THIS MEETING

Under current rules for this videoconference meeting, ALL members-in-good-standing wishing to participate must pre-register by direct email to Executive Director, Jim Harding, at [email protected]

No later than Noon, on Monday, June 13, 2022.

The Executive Director will then email each registered member an official confirmation with links and instructions on how to join this year’s Annual General Meeting.

AGM documents are posted BELOW for review and/or downloading and review as of Friday, June 10, 2022.
